Buildings

Not every building needs to stay at the same level. Here’s how to prioritise upgrades in TopHeroes.

Castle

The most important building. Upgrade it as fast as possible to at least level 25, ideally 30. Each level increases hero cap by +5 (levels 15 and 30 give +10). Heroes also gain a small ATK/HP buff per castle level. Castle upgrades require Training Ground, Guild, Research Cottage, and Hospital. Keep these at castle level to avoid delays. Barracks

Every 5 levels, Barracks unlock stronger soldiers with more ATK, HP, Morale, Load, and Power. Training speed and capacity also increase. This makes a huge difference for your army.

Statues

Faction statues give Hero ATK, HP, and march size. Keep your main faction’s statue equal to castle level. Other statues can be saved for Arms Race/KvK events to score points.

Tavern

Grants percentage buffs to Hero ATK, HP, and DEF. Keep it close to your castle level for maximum impact.

Blacksmith

Provides Gear ATK and HP buffs, and reduces forge time. Higher levels boost gear effectiveness (Lv 20–30 Legendary). Reminder: this buff counts only once per hero, not per piece.

Rally Hall

Improves rallies: HP, damage, damage reduction, and rally size. Save some upgrades for Arms Race/KvK to gain many points.

Troop Skin Center

Lets you upgrade troop skins. Increases training cap and speed. A strong building to prioritise. Also valuable to save for Arms Race/KvK points.

Lord’s Hall

Upgrade as much as possible. Traits on the right side require Glory Medals — sometimes better to unlock traits instead of pushing the level.

Watchtower

Good to save for Arms Race/KvK upgrades, but level it moderately before. Higher levels give more scout speed, scout queues, and allow you to extinguish guild mates’ fires.

Warehouse

Also best saved for Arms Race/KvK upgrades. Resource storage is less critical since resources in your bag can’t be plundered.

Mines

Essential for resources. They don’t give many event points, but always keep them leveled over time — you’ll need their output for upgrades and heroes.

Special Buildings

Pet Paradise

Unlocks in Season 1. Upgrade quickly to Lv 30 (better Lv 35) to maximise rewards in events. Higher levels grant more egg hunt attempts and purchases. Lv 35 unlocks Lv 2 hunts with better eggs, but tougher mobs.

Relic Hall

Best upgraded during Guild Race when the Magic Stone task appears. Golden tasks give higher points — an easy way to maximise Guild Race scores.
